The upward spiral of humanity’s evolution & how to clear the body to hold the light…

• What is this upward spiral & how does it relate to light?
Right now, as many people are aware, when it comes to the Earth’s & our evolution, things are changing, rapidly.
We are being given the opportunity to move into a completely new paradigm with the chance to see & experience life & what it is to be human, in an entirely different way. (Just to clarify, I’m talking energetic/ spiritual evolution, not AI.)
As humans we have free will though, so it is ultimately a choice. We get to choose if & how we are receptive to these changes & whether we want to align with them or not.
If we do want to align, shift & move into this upward spiral, then light, & clearing ourselves in order to be able to hold that light, are the keys.
Light is the thread that connects everything, because it carries information. It’s how we communicate, it’s how we connect with the universe, the earth, it’s how the cells in our body transmit & receive information, & it’s also how we express who we are, whether to other people or the universe.
With more light in the body comes improved health on all levels, an increased sense of peace, an expanded consciousness, self-responsibility & empowerment, & a deeper connection with our true selves (light body, higher selves, source).
Access to this universal light (& therefore information & connection with/ remembrance of, our true selves) has been diminished for a long, long time on this planet. It’s like there’s been a very heavy blanket of thick fog & dense energy surrounding it, & reflected in our own energy fields.
Our awareness (consciousness) has been dimmed to such a degree that the idea of a connection, let alone embodiment of our true selves has felt so alien to us that it has often been dismissed as nonsense.
It appears to me that this veil/ density was never meant to become so extreme; that we were designed to remember a lot more of our true selves whilst here on Earth, but instead have been spiraling down into more & more forgetfulness & detachment, becoming so dense & intrenched in the physical world that we generally believe that if we can’t touch or quantify something, it simply doesn’t exist.
Now however, (for reasons explained by astrology, our movement into the photon belt, talk of epochs & much more), the fog/ veil is beginning to thin & lift, meaning that more light, & higher (by higher I mean more coherant & harmonious) energies are available to us than ever before, bringing with it an expanded awareness of what we consider to be reality.
Ultimately, as I see it, we are moving towards a time in our not so distant future, where we will be able to live as humans in this physical world, whilst simultaneously experiencing our fully multidimensional (i.e. true self) consciousness.
Which to me, is very exciting!
But there is a but!…
We don’t just get to fly on up (not that we’re actually going anywhere – that’s just metaphorical – what we’re actually doing is integrating).
We have to be receptive to these new energies & increase in light.
We can’t go with our egos & all their judgements, baggage, trauma fueled beliefs & need to be right at all time, in the driving seat.
They were never meant to even be in the driving seat; in that capacity, they’re a liability & can’t be trusted. They were designed to be passengers to our higher selves, but when we lost connection, they took over… This is essentially what we now have to reverse if we want to move with the times as it were.
We’re often told to, ‘let go’, & ‘surrender’. Because if our ego lets go, the higher self can take over, & as we’ve all probably experienced even by accident, when that happens, things do tend to turn out often miraculously better.
But also as we all know, it tends to be infuriatingly difficult to, ‘just let it go’… And how do we know what we’re letting go of if we’re not even aware of it? Control is the major one of course, but there’s a lot of other stuff gripping on to that need for control.
So this is where what I refer to as ‘clearing the body’ comes in.
In a nutshell, being receptive to light basically means clearing our ‘stuff’.
Because this ‘stuff’, is what forms our individual ‘fog’. The things the ego latches onto like its life depends on it (because to a degree, it does).
It’s the layers of programming, limiting beliefs, judgements, traumas & stuck emotions that we carry around with us often unconsciously, meaning that they tend to run the show from the shadows (via energetic broadcasts, behaviour patterns, physical blockages etc.), generally creating havoc in our lives.
We’ve come to experience this as normal, but with the opportunities now available to us, it no longer has to be.
We do have a choice.
We don’t have to take this opportunity to shift into a new way of being, but it may become increasingly uncomfortable & challenging to resist.
This is because light naturally exposes the dark – the ‘stuff’ lurking in the shadows, both personally & globally.
So because of the increased light & higher energies now hitting the planet & therefore us, all these traumas, programmes, damaging patterns & behaviours, repressed emotions & physical toxins are getting prodded, poked & having a light shone on them whether we like it or not.
As challenging as this is, it’s happening for us – an incredible opportunity to move out of the dark, dense energies we’ve been in for so long.
If we see it as a temporary process, turn to look at it & learn to release & clear it out, it will no longer have control over us & we get to choose our experiences more consciously.
Whether physical toxins, trapped emotions or negative belief patterns, all of it is energy, & energy can be stagnant, dissonant & uncomfortable, or flowing, coherant & harmonious – or anything inbetween.
The point is that as humans we are always chasing what feels good & complaining about what doesn’t feel good (understandably thinking, ‘it’s not fair’ a lot of the time), but often fail to realise that what we get is actually a direct reflection of what we are carrying, because the energy we hold sends out a signal to the universal energy field, which is then matched & reflected back to us with life experiences to help us see what needs to be seen in order to be cleared.
I do also want to acknowledge another aspect to our life experiences, as it appears to me, which is that before incarnating, we would have chosen certain situations to witness or go through (because we wanted to experience them for our own soul growth, or perhaps to help raise consciousness collectively, or to bring light to a dark place), but because we have been living with an intense level of amnesia from our true/ higher selves, we have naturally felt at the mercy of whatever life throws at us. However, the more connection we have with our true selves, the more fluid & intentional our lives can become.
I’m not saying it’s easy & certainly doesn’t happen over night, but in my experience it’s absolutely a road worth being on.
• So how do we clear the body?
There are many ways to do this, but for me in my work, I use naturopathic detox & sound healing, with a focus on hydration & the nervous system. I also like to challenge institutional & societal norms, because they are a huge part of our programming & in my experience closely linked to awareness, instincts, empowerment & spiritual sovereignty.
• How does this upward spiral & clearing the body to hold the light, relate to naturopathic detox?
It can be easy to consider this evolutionary spiral to be purely spiritual, & focus only on that, but in doing so, we not only bypass the essential practise of emotional processing, but physical detoxing too. And any form of bypassing is likely to cause imbalance at best, total chaos at worst.
Coherant energies will always displace dissonant energies, so detox in all its forms will naturally be a part of this shift. The reconnection of the body with the true/ higher self involves a physical upgrade; the point of this evolution isn’t to fly out of/ escape our bodies, it’s to clear them & make them receptive to integrating new energies & therefore experiences.
Basically, physical ‘gunk’, blocks our ability to hold light. The body needs clear & coherant communication with light inside & outside of it; cells need the full spectrum of light in order to replicate correctly, & we need the charge around our cells to be as nature intended, in order for us to hold/ access light (via electron clouds surrounding the cell).
So when we have dissonant energies & excessive toxins lurking around, the information & communication that comes from light, both inside & out, becomes distorted.
These energies & toxins are the ‘fog’ I mentioned earlier – we just need to clear that fog & we can begin to see & connect with the more expansive parts of ourselves that have always been there but likely have felt out of reach.
In terms of what to do, everything is energetic, so it helps to consider the energy/ vibration of everything we consume or interact with. If it’s a physical thing, how far from nature has it gone if it’s been processed? If it’s an environment, how natural or artificial is it? If it’s a person or relationship, how does it feel? Generally speaking, the more artificial, processed & ‘low’ in terms of emotional energy, the more it’s likely to create a toxic/ detrimental pattern in the body.
I find it helpful to remember that the human body is predominantly water, because it’s easy to see the effects of vibration on water.
Water is how any incoming vibration is held in the body; the work of Dr Emoto, Gerald Pollock & Veda Austin has shown many examples of crystalised water patterns after water had been exposed to various things including sounds, emotions & words. The results consistently showed beautiful, clear, coherant patterns from sounds associated with healing, as well as emotions such as love, whereas more negative influences created scrambled, fuzzy images.
So when we think what we’re exposing our bodies to doesn’t matter, because it ‘can’t be proven’, if we agree that we are predominantly water, we already have all the proof we need. If you still have doubts & need to see to believe, it’s easy to replicate some of the above researchers’ work at home for yourself.
It also pays to remember that much if not most of the ‘scientific proof’ so highly valued in our culture, is funded by biased corporations that very much appear to be interested in power & profit (that comes from our diminished health & awareness) over our health, freedom & wellbeing, so only certain types of research & published outcomes will be in their interests.
The other thing about water in the body, is that it becomes greatly compromised when we’re in a chronic pattern of fear (again, it pays to question establishments such as the news media, which constantly peddles dramatic fear & woe; humans are a lot more easy to control when scared, unaware & ill).
Basically, when cells are healthy, they are hydrated & therfore can allow particles/ nutrients in & out as needed, but when we are stressed or in fear for a prolonged period, the body begins to dehydrate. And there’s a catch 22 situation we have in the body where stress causes dehydration, & when the body registers dehydration it has a stress response – & round it goes.
When dehydrated, the cell membranes harden, & their natural processes needed for health maintenance of all organs & systems, including the nervous system, is compromised.
They also can no longer hold the correct electrical charge needed to attract & hold light, so hydration really is important when it comes to clear health & light receptivity.
So how to stay hydrated? Yes, drink plenty of clean (flouride free, filtered) water, but reduce stress as much as possible.
When this is said, people’s thoughts often jump to their job or financial situation & can feel a bit helpless, but there is so much we can do.
As I mentioned earlier, consideration of all things consumed & interacted with on an energetic level as well as physical & emotional, will help; maximum nutrients in, minimum toxins in (but please don’t belittle the emotional joy that e.g. chocolate or other so called vices can have. It’s a balance).
A carefully planned detox works wonders too. The key to this is to ensure that the ‘routes of elimination’ (lymph, liver, skin & bowels) are open & aided. Detoxes work on all levels, not just physical, so even when working directly with the body, emotions & energies start to shift as well, i.e. whichever level you work on will positively affect the others.
Don’t feel bad for having boundaries either – we’ve been programmed to laugh at ‘health freaks’ or judge people with healthy boundaries, & unfortunately it’s become easier to feel & be ‘one of the crowd’ if we undermine ourselves in all kinds of ways. But that comes down to choice, how highly we value our wellbeing, & how much we want to rise with the tide as it were.
It doesn’t have to be all or nothing; every little thing we do to clear the body, or reduce the amount of any kind of stress will help. And if you start & fall over, just get back up & keep going.
• How does this upward spiral & clearing the body to hold the light, relate to sound?
Sound healing is hugely effective in clearing the ‘fog’.
It hangs around in our energy field & can be felt with a tuning fork as a kind of energetic knot. These knots are partly where our ‘stuff’ is stored (unprocessed emotions, stress, traumas, belief systems, external conditioning & unnatural environmental frequencies such as WiFi & EMFs etc.).
When a harmonious, coherant, healing tone is introduced to the energy field, it helps the body to remember what coherance/ its natural order is, & it begins to resonate with the healing sound, coming back into balance.
Each part of the body has its own natural frequency which it will recognise & fall into step with over time, when it hears its match.
Chakras (energy centres positioned in alignment with 7 of the body’s main endocrine glands) have their own resonating frequency too, & given that they are wheels, or vortexes of light, it’s very beneficial to keep them healthy.
I focus a lot on on a frequency called the Perfect Fifth in my sound baths, & especially in my ‘Nervous System Reset’ tuning fork sessions, as this frequency (128hz & other octaves) has been found to be that of a balanced nervous system.
To me, a balanced & nourished nervous system is a cornerstone to good health, as is hydration. It manages our stress response & feeds almost all of our organs.
I also focus on the body’s central channel, which runs energy & light in both directions along the spine, then out into the torroidal field; a kind of huge bubble that surrounds the body. Not only does the central channel travel through the main chakras, but its proximity to the nervous system makes it very helpful in feeding it, & all of the associated organs. Not to mention the emotional & mental benefits of sympathetic/ parasympathetic balance (turning off fight/ flight).
It’s also worth mentioning that health begins in the energy field, not the body, so imbalances left unchecked in the field tend to eventually filter down to the body, where they’re felt or discovered as what we call illness or disease. So it pays to look after ourselves energetically, because everything is interconnected, & we can potentially iron out problems before they manifest in the physical.
As well as this vibrational realignment, areas or knots of dissonance begin to dissolve, & move back into the body’s energetic circulation to be processed.
This, like all methods of clearing, can create a detox response on all levels, as the old energies clear to make way for harmonious ones & more light.
This is why it’s important to be aware of & open to emotional clearing. It’s easy for us to believe we’re a ‘clean vessel’ when what’s needing to be cleared is lurking beneath the surface. Clearing is the act of making that stuff conscious, & allowing it to be seen. Often, just allowing it to be as it passes through is enough, but often we have lessons to learn from what we see too.
Sound healing helps with this part of the clearing process too, due to how deeply relaxing it tends to be.
This is because one of the problems is that when things arise that we don’t like, we tend to shove them down again, making the whole process take so much longer than it needs to.
To me, the importance of relaxation is so underrated for many reasons (e.g. health maintenance on all levels), & one is that it helps us to allow purging to happen, by relaxing enough to let go, often by entering a witness state, creating space between the real us & the experience we’re having. This also breeds connection with & awareness of the higher self.
Another reason I feel it’s so important is that it helps us to pause & reset the direction of our spiral, so to speak. You know on a daily basis where something goes wrong from the off, & before we know it we’re knee deep in shit, bracing ourselves for the next wave, feeling totally out of control, gripping on to any control we can, ironically to help us feel calmer…
Well that happens on a much larger scale too. The downward spiral of chaos.
The, ‘I’ll relax when things calm down’ mindset (I am so guilty of this!).
When the exact opposite is what’s needed to stop the spiral. To turn things around we need let go of control, & to let go of control we need to relax.
When we’re relaxed, our energy changes, our emotions change, our focus changes & our expectations change. I.e. a recipe for more pleasant experiences – because when it comes to creating our experiences, as well as clearing out our bags of crap from the unconscious, this is another aspect.
• How does this upward spiral & clearing the body to hold the light, relate to narcissism & sovereignty?
I wrote my book, ‘Breaking Free of Personal & Global Narcissism’ to shine a light on patterns & behaviours which are part of the trauma & programming that’s hanging around in our energy fields, repeatedly giving us what we expect, what we think we deserve & what we feel we have no choice over.
I grew up in a narcissistic family, so this subject is close to my heart & ultimately, I hope my book will help anyone who reads it to know that they’re not alone, & although how they respond to their situation is their responsibility, it is not their fault. There’s a big difference.
Narcissism is always a controversial word. ‘Don’t label, don’t blame, don’t be a victim.’
Yes, & in time, we won’t need these labels, but for now, I actually think there is a lot of helpful insight to be found in this particular one, because the behaviour patterns are shockingly formulaic, making something that by its nature is insidious & impossible to prove, a lot easier to spot & therefore deal with.
And with blaming & being a victim, I totally agree neither are useful or healthy. I agree when people say, ‘it’s not about the narcissist, it’s about you; look at why you’re creating this in your life’ etc. But I also think there is a lot of spiritual bypassing that goes on here…
The thing is, narcissism is a form of mind control, & limiting or damaging beliefs that come as a result of mind control are naturally going to be subconscious – that’s the point of mind control.
So the existence & nature of narcissism needs to be seen before we can do anything about it. Just like any other trauma or blockage.
You can’t get out of a prison you don’t realise you’re in.
Narcissism is generally referred to within personal relationships, but I wanted to draw parallels to what we’re seeing play out on a global scale.
We take advice from doctors we claim not to trust, we get angry & upset at the news which we claim not to believe, & send our children to government institutions whilst claiming the government are useless, dangerous & insane.
We continue to do what’s ‘normal & expected’ even when our senses tell us something’s very off.
We fail to see the problem – reaction – solution traps, ‘peacefully fighting’ against situations that appear to be there to deliberately antagonise us, unknowingly helping the controllers’ to fuel their agenda, whilst sending out signals of fear, anger & disempowerment, practically begging the narcissistic systems to do the right thing. They won’t, because that’s not what they’re here for. They’re here to help us break free of believing we’re at their mercy; we choose what we see by what we focus on, what we have in our energy fields & what we believe.
The power is with us, not them.
This is what I mean by sovereignty.
More & more people are now finding that lot of systems, establishments, people & hierarchies just don’t feel like they hold much substance any more. And that’s because they don’t. They are dense energies & they’re breaking down to make way for higher ones. They cannot sustain.
They’re just making a lot of noise on their way out. The mess & pain we’re seeing is the old ‘stuff’ clearing out, just like in our own energy fields.
The thing about narcissism is that it can always be explained away. It requires a knowing – an instinct, to know that something is very wrong. But the very nature of it feeds self-doubt, so it also requires strength & conviction.
This is why all kinds of clearing go hand in hand. E.g. Clearing a seemingly random childhood fear may seem unrelated to dealing with narcissism, but that clearing will allow in more light & coherant energy, which will make access to your knowing when it comes to standing your ground with narcissistic people & systems, easier. Likewise, a conscious awareness of narcissistic patterns helps us to see some of what needs to be cleared to make space for more light.
And it doesn’t always have to be narcissism. It could just be knowing when someone’s energy is not matching their words (‘non-violent communication’, anyone?!), trusting a spiritual insight that seems to come from nowhere, or just not buying into the latest fear based drama.
Inauthenticity doesn’t wash anymore & lies are becoming increasingly transparent.
With more light comes stronger knowing & energetic discernment; things you may not be able to prove, yet just feel instinctively as true as knowing your own name.
And this knowing is what it’s all about, because we’re accessing what’s behind the veil & stored in the light. Remembering what was there all along but we agreed to forget when we came here. Evolving on this upward spiral, should we choose to.
Now don’t get me wrong, when it comes to this path I am absolutely learning to walk, tripping over every single day, but my experiences have shown me enough to absolutely know how it goes…
Clear the body, hold the light, the veil thins, the knowing drops in, the anxiety fades, & trust, connection, love, peace & choice begin to take over… & on it goes, incrementally along the spiral, discovering & connecting more & more with your true self.
But don’t take my word for it. All that I’ve written here undoubtedly works for me & countless others, but please take what resonates with your own knowing, & leave what doesn’t.
Because maybe the most important thing about knowing, is that it’s yours, no one else’s. You get to choose everything for yourself. You’re following no one but yourself.
And to me, this is real sovereignty.
