This shop is the culmination of over 20 years of learning, creating, training, researching, tasting, much trial & error, & perhaps most importantly, personal experience. 

There is nothing on this page that I don’t wholeheartedly advocate & use regularly myself… There are powerful naturopathic tools, kits & tonics with a focus on detox, as well as a generous amount of chocolate based enjoyment (equally as important!), as ever completely refusing to compromise on taste or health – because despite popular opinion, there is absolutely no need (& I have 3 Great Taste Awards to prove it!).

All of the food/ drink items here have been created by me & are lovingly made by hand in my kitchen in West Wales.
