Retreats, events & consultancy work

Apart from my writing career & remote/distance sound healing, the majority of my work happens where I live, in rural West Wales.

I do however offer my services on a more ‘far & wide’ scale…

Over the years I have been asked to hold sound baths & run workshops & demonstrations for retreats, hen parties, corporate events, festivals & other group occasions, as well as supplying bulk orders of my naturally sweetened (2 star Great Taste Award winning) kombucha, ginger beer & kefir lemonade.

I love the energy of these events & am looking forward to working more in these areas in the coming months & years.

I am also experienced in & offer nutritional consultancy work for marketing companies, which I find fascinating, as I enjoy contributing to the wider picture of what is available to us in shops & the reasons why.
