What will you learn/ taste/ do/ take home?
We will begin with some kombucha tasting of a few of my most popular flavours (including my 2* Great Taste Award winning Ginger&Turmeric!), & an introduction to what it is & its benefits.
Then we’ll make some… you’ll be given your very own home grown scoby (the starter culture) which can then be used to infinity to make as many more batches as you’d like, & you can choose which flavour to make.
I’ll talk you through the process of finishing up at home once they’ve finished fermenting, & if we have time, squeeze in a probiotic ginger beer making demonstration.
Recipes of all the drinks sampled will be provided, as well as all ingredients, & because you will be going away with your own kombucha & starter, you’ll be set up to make it again & again, & to experiment with your own flavours if you choose.
The only thing you’ll need to bring is a 2 litre kilner jar.
